3 / Listening techniques

​Hands-on training on various listening techniques, including active listening, empathetic listening, and reflective listening.

4 / Practical applications

Role-playing and scenarios where participants practice listening skills in contexts such as team meetings, feedback sessions, and conflict resolution.

5 / Feedback and listening

Techniques for using listening skills to give and receive feedback more effectively, fostering a culture of open communication.
